Welcome to NEEXT – a digital platform supporting athletes through career transition and beyond.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by NEEXT (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using NEEXT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

 

1. Accuracy and Use of Content

We strive to ensure all information provided on NEEXT is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including third-party content, job listings, or resources. The information is intended as general guidance and is not professional advice.

By using NEEXT, you acknowledge and accept the risk that some content may be out-of-date, incomplete, or not suited to your specific circumstances.

 

2. User Responsibilities and Liability

You are solely responsible for the information, content, and materials you submit or upload to the Platform. You must not:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights.

• Post or distribute misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.

• Infringe on any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content and/or restrict access at our discretion.

 

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

 

4. Services and Products

NEEXT offers:

• Access to digital resources (career templates, guides).

• Job boards and referral opportunities.

• Podcast and educational content.

• Access to webinars, mentorships, and networking events.

• Business collaboration opportunities (e.g., advertising, sponsorship, content features).

We may update or change our services at any time without notice.

 

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

NEEXT offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• NEEXT Pro: $TBC/month

• NEEXT Elite: $TBC/month

• All prices are in AUD and we reserve our right to change the prices with notice.

Payment is collected securely via our third-party payment processor. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

 

6. Delivery of Services

As a digital platform, all products and services are delivered online. After successful registration and payment (where applicable), you will gain access to the features based on your subscription level.

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on NEEXT, including logos, templates, branding, videos, and original resources, is the intellectual property of NEEXT or our content partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission.

Subscribers with access to templates or resources may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. NEEXT Pro subscribers may view only, while NEEXT Elite subscribers may download for personal use.

 

8. Business Collaborations and Advertising

NEEXT partners with businesses for:

• Advertising job roles and company services

• Social media and podcast sponsorships

• Resource contribution or access

• Athlete referrals and networking opportunities

Business agreements are subject to separate partnership terms and may include custom pricing, payment terms, deliverables, and review processes.

 

9. Consumer Law Compliance

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy such as a refund, resupply, or compensation.

10. Disclaimers

NEEXT provides general information and connections, not legal, financial, or career advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content or services accessed through the Platform.

We do not guarantee job placement, income outcomes, or results from using NEEXT tools or partnerships.

 

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or act in a way that could harm NEEXT, its users, or its reputation.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of NEEXT after changes indicates your agreement.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
